With temperatures in the 50s, the bikes were begging for a little road time, so Sue and I decided to saddle up and spend a little quality time on the bikes.
We didn't have much time before it got dark and the temperatures started to drop, so we thought a short ride along Wasatch Blvd would be a great way to stave off the winter blues for an hour or so. It's always nice to feel the wind and watch the road pass under your feet during the short days of December.
Traffic was pretty light eastbound on I-215 as we took the corner and headed north. We exited at 3900 So. and swung right onto Wasatch. Looking into the valley, we could see the inversion below and I was glad to be above the brewing pea soup.
Hopefully there will be more days like this to get us to spring.
